 Indeed, I have also wondered about `Data.Kind`. I don't know of any policy
 on GHC's module naming, but perhaps we should consider consulting with the
 CLC before placing things outside of `GHC.`

 `Type.Reflection` sounds quite reasonable. I'll try to put together a
 proposal around this idea.
