 Simon, it's probably easiest to reproduce with cabal. Adding `--with-ghc`
 to the `cabal install` command mentioned in comment:4 should be
 sufficient.

 I have been able to reproduce with 7.10.3. Now trying with a recent 8.0
 snapshot.
