 Thank you for the report.

 If you feel like trying to fix it yourself, the following two files are
 where those tables are generated:
 * utils/mkUserGuidePart/Main.hs
 * utils/mkUserGuidePart/Table.hs

 But it could also be a `pdflatex` problem.
