 So

 * Revert the relevant part of that commit
 * Add a test
 * Add a note explaining why it is parsed as a data constructor rather than
 a type constructor?

 Will that fix the problem? Does that sound like a reasonable plan? Do you
 want to take care of it skvardrik?
