 This is the renaming that @simonpj requested:

 · zipOpenTCvSubst  -> zipTvSubst   (It only deals with tyvars)

 · zipOpenTCvSubstCoVars -> zipCvSubst   (it only deals with
 covars)

 · zipOpenTCvSubstBinders ->  zipTyBinderSubst  (it only deals
 with TyBinders, not covars)
 ```
