 i did move the bin files into my path (~/.bin which is in $PATH) but do
 not see a difference. same issue. i assume i had to install ghc anew and
 tried to install with apt-get install from jessie backports, but no
 change. how to i install ghc to use the llvm that i have downloaded?
 (sorry  - building ghc is not my regular thing, i need some more
 instructions).
