 I don't remember why I didn't test it with LLVM 3.6 (probably just forgot)
 but we should probably do that before closing the ticket.  I don't have
 any reason to think 3.6 would be different but just to be sure.
 Unless we don't support 3.6 with the latest version of GHC, then we can
 just close it now.
