 It's annoying to have to remember exactly how a language extension is
 supposed to be capitalized. It seems highly unlikely that we will ever
 have two different language extensions that differ only by case.
 Therefore, I think GHC should ignore case when matching `{-# LANGUAGE #-}`
 pragmas. Thus, we should accept not only `UndecidableSuperClasses` but
 also `UndecidableSuperclasses`, etc.
