Comment (by erikd):

 Looking at function `scheduleHandleHeapOverflow` in `rts/Schedule.c` it
 looks like its not possible to allocate a single block larger than `252 *
 4096` bytes. Is that right? I *know* I've allocated `ByteString`s bigger
 than that or are `ByteString`s allocated in a different way?
