 Thank you for the report.

 * The [https://github.com/GaloisInc/ivory ivory README] says: "It is known
 to work with with GHC 7.6.2, 7.6.3, and the 7.8.x series." You are using
 7.10.2, so that might not work yet.
 * ivory is using GHC as a libary
 (https://github.com/GaloisInc/ivory/blob/master/ivory/ivory.cabal contains
 `build-depends: ghc`). So this is most likely a problem with ivory itself,
 not with GHC. Please also open a ticket with ivory.
