 Now back to same situation as comment:8 and comment:11. I have a
 statically built `ghc-stage2` binary that segfaults. Going to try two
 things:
 * Port previous fix that disables Thumb instructions back to ghc-7.10
 branch.
 * Try disabling SMP on master branch.
