It seems that this suggestion is equivalent to having a new pragma `{-#
KEEP_ALIVE thing #-}`. Or even just `{-# KEEP_ALIVE #-}` preceding the
declaration.
So, my question is: why do this using `ANN`? Or, conversely, does it make
sense to do ''all'' identifier specific pragmas using `ANN`? (I'm thinking
of things like `INLINABLE`.)
