 I believe we can even hide `PkgKey` type completely, just provide
 `Package` to users. `Package` would then contain package name and version
 number. In `NameG` etc. we can use `Package` instead of `PkgKey`.

 I have no ideas how to implement `searchPackage` and `reifyPackage`
 though, I'll need to read some more code. I thought we're losing name and
 version information. If that's the case it may not be possible to
 implement `searchPackage` as described in the mailing list post.
