Comment:

 I asked Mikhail and then Ryan to tag a release last week. Sadly this still
 hasn't happened and I really can't afford to push 7.10.3 off any farther
 given the proximity of 8.0. Sorry Luke, I'm afraid I won't be able to
 fulfill this request.
