 I think the problem is in that `libmingwex.a` is unavailable during
 project's prelinked object file (`HSbullet-
 mini-0.1.0.0-2FOziegOC2l7eL6oW7Ffnm.o` in your case) creation.

 Thus instead of adding `mingwex` to `extra-libraries` try to all something
 like `-lmingwex` to `ghc-options`.
