 Building on AArch64 via the LLVM abckend has been working for some time.
 Its now time to get `("Unregisterised", "NO")` working as well.

 Enabling GHC calling convention can be done with this patch to
 `configure.ac`:

 but when building it this way, the stage2 compiler dies will `Illegal
 instructon`.
