 The tests failures for `ghci053 ghcirun001 ghcirun002` all seem to be
 instances of the same failure, and can be boiled down to a mimimal example
 of:

 {{{
 data Planet = Mercury | Venus deriving Eq
 Mercury == Mercury
 }}}

 Deriving Eq followed by a comparison is enough to cause GHCi to die with
 `Illegal instruction`. Turning this script into a program, compiling it
 and running the program works as it should.

 This is purely a GHCi issue, quite possibly the run time linker.
