 almost done patching up GHC for better suggestions.

 What about adding options like -no-rtsopts-suggestions?
 I don't see much discussion here.

 I think The bug described in OP will be solved with the current patch
 and we should open another ticket for adding new options.

 @rwbarton would you mind opening another ticket
 and give more details about the option you've proposed?
