 Yes, it still occurs with ghc 7.8.3 on my OS X 10.6.8 machine. However, it
 does not occur with ghc 7.8.2 on my OS X 10.9.2 machine, so it's probably
 an OS X bug which since got fixed. I think we can finally close this issue
 :)
