Comment:

 I compiled epub-metadata-4.0 with ghc-7.8.4, and it required a `-fsimpl-
 tick-factor` of 110 (the default is 100). I also compiled it with
 ghc-7.10.2, and then it only required a `-fsimpl-tick-factor` of 10. Case
 closed.
