 I'm afraid I'm not terribly familiar with the root cause of this problem
 but I would be happy to help provided we had something concrete to work
 with. Could you provide a bit of code so that we can reproduce the issue?

 Have you checked whether the symbol in question (or symbols like it) is
 defined in `libopencv_hal.a`?
