 I don't know much real-world code in GHC on Windows, so this may be a moot
 point, but please consider compatibility with existing libraries before
 going for the numbered CRTs. See https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-
 us/library/ms235460(v=vs.100).aspx for possible issues.
