 I have been trying to reproduce this ever since upgrading to Windows 10
 but I don't seem to be able to. Can someone who has a Windows 8.1 or
 earlier machine check to see if this is still an issue?

 If so i'll install a VM and try to track it down now that I'm able to
 build the msys2 dll.
