 I agree that a `kindRep :: TypeRep -> TypeRep` or perhaps `kindRep ::
 Typeable a => proxy a -> TypeRep` is in order. It seems this is useful
 independent of kind equalities, though it will likely become more useful
 (and conspicuously missing if unimplemented) with kind equalities.
