 Simon, I see how your fix eliminates the problem, but do you know what
 caused it in the first place?

 It might be a tad drastic to just forbid `Typeable` instances over
 constraints. For example, should `Dict (Show Foo)` be `Typeable`? I think
 it's reasonable to assume so.
