 For those who want to play around with the module: You can fetch it from
 http://hackage.haskell.org/package/haskell-src-
 exts-1.16.0/src/src/Language/Haskell/Exts/Annotated/Syntax.hs and it is
 has no dependencies inside `haskell-src-exts`, so you can just download
 and compile it in isolation.
