 Turn a few existing folds into `Foldable`-methods (#9621)

 Turn `toList`, `elem`, `sum`, `product`, `maximum`, and `minimum` into
 `Foldable` methods. This helps avoiding regressions (and semantic
 differences) while implementing #9586
