 OK, fine, let's do it.

 Perhaps Wojciech can address my comments in Prabricator.  And add a couple
 of regression tests, culled from this ticket.

 Most important, I think the user manual needs a sub-section explaining the
 consequences of `DysFunctionalDependencies`, with pointers to further
 details (e.g. this ticket).
