 Thanks Carter!

 I've got one more patch to push up — I implemented the necessary functions
 from SMP.h in ARM64 ASM while backporting the ARM64 support to 7.8 (as I
 needed it... though I'm not sure that will be deemed worthy of inclusion
 in 7.8.4 since it relies on the LLVM 3.5 support)
