 I'm all for it.  Can someone submit a doc patch?  I strongly suggest
 implementing it as an extra column in the (allegedly-comprehensive)
 [http://www.haskell.org/ghc/docs/latest/html/users_guide/flag-
 reference.html#idp14238080 listing of all extensions], currently section
 4.20.12.
