Comment:

 I'm open to whatever the Core Libraries committee thinks is best here,
 including discussing magical GHC support for whatever you need. I confess
 that I am reluctant to invest much GHC-development effort in this, but I
 respect the need to avoid killing off lots of useful libraries by mistake.

 Hence making "Core Libraries" the "Component".  (We are removing
 libraries/* components... too much noise.)
