Comment:

 Sorry for reopening, but I think the situation can be improved, currently
 `-XConstrainedClassMethods` seems to do nothing and the documentation is
 misleading. I would support deprecating and eventually removing this
 pragma, and adding a notice to "Known bugs and infelicities" section.
