 integer-gmp2: export `Word`-counterpart of gcdInt

 It's trivial for `integer-gmp2` (#9281) to provide it, and it'll be
 useful for a future 'Natural'-related commit, as well as providing a
 `Word` optimised `gcd`-RULE.
