 Well I argued in comment:5 for a representational (not nominal!) role; and
 Reid agreed in comment:8.

 Specifically, which types are "all the types mentioned in the initial
 report"?  What roles do other array types have?

 You didn't answer my second question in comment:12.  Any thoughts on that?
