Comment:

 I was able to merge all these cleanly except
 eb64be7b40b7f29144ebbf9c947e729535a8fd3d and
 e1d77a1ae619efc4bfe7ce30d7c6b2031ed86f2f, but I think that's OK. All the
 core fixes were merged, thanks Sergei!
