Comment (by simonpj):

 Can you give clear instructions for how to reproduce, starting from a
 fresh GHC 7.8.2.  Doubtless some libraries to install?  Then get some
 specific (non Hackage) version of postgres SQL, or something.  Assume I am
 stupid and you won't go far wrong.
