 Unfortunately my git workflow leaves a lot to be desired and I did not
 have a separate commit for each change I made and won't be able to give
 you separate numbers, I'm running benchmarks on the whole patch tonight
 and post the numbers when I'm done.
 I'll also have the numbers for separate changes in a couple of days, when
 I find the time to split the commit.
