@dagit: that's right, the point of that test is to show that a library
loaded with `RTLD_LOCAL` is used to satisfy a dependency of another
library loaded with `RTLD_LOCAL`. The dependency is expressed by the
`DT_NEEDED` tag, and is set up when you link the library. @trommler's
point earlier was that if we use `RTLD_LOCAL` then we'll need to ensure
that all the dependencies are specified with `DT_NEEDED` tags.
