 I am seeing this now with a project starting with 7.8.2. I haven't seen
 any bugs here for this 'Simplifier ticks exhausted' problem with 7.8.2,
 should I start a new ticket?

 This is on Arch Linux, 64-bit, ghc installed from the standard
 repositories (from Extra via pacman)
