 * priority:  normal => highest
 * version:  7.7 => 7.8.1-rc2


Comment:

 We need this or something very much like it to get into 7.8.1/7.8.2, or
 we'll have some pain transparently supporting a range of mac OS versions
 in OS X, future weird config situations, or even nicely baking CPPHS into
 ghc distro as a near term solution
 setting priority higher accordingly.

 I will try to make time this week to fix things up, but I've a few other
 professional obligations that might block that.
