 ghc-7.8.1_rc1-fix-UNREG-system-ffi.patch fixes failure to build working
 UNREG compiler when you use non-default path to libffi.

 libdir was already encoded there, but not include dir.
 Gentoo installs libffi to:
     /usr/lib64/libffi-3.0.13/
     /usr/lib64/libffi-3.0.13/include/
