 Hi, I have the same bug, but on a windows 7 64bits machine. I have
 installed EclipesFP on it, which uses buildwrapper. The Buildwrapper
 output is:

 buildwrapper.exe: panic! (the 'impossible' happened)
   (GHC version 7.8.3 for x86_64-unknown-mingw32):
         Dynamic linker not initialised
 Please report this as a GHC bug:  http://www.haskell.org/ghc/reportabug
