 I'm starting to work on implementing
 wiki:ExplicitCallStack/ImplicitLocations. If anyone else has been working
 on it, please let me know so I don't unnecessarily duplicate work :)

 simonmar: I agree that the changes to base should be kept to a minimum, at
 least initially.
