 All I'm saying there is that the release notes do not include transformers
 as a library that will be included with ghc.

 If you visit:
 http://www.haskell.org/ghc/docs/7.8.1/html/users_guide/index.html it
 doesn't mention any transformers library when it should under section
 1.5.3

 The rest of the packages I mentioned don't seem to be a problem at all.
