Comment:

 Adding functions to base libraries need to be discussed and agreed on on
 the libraries@ mailing list. After it's approved, please provide a link to
 the mailing list discussion together with the patch. For this particular
 issue (adding a reverse function application operator) I believe there
 have been about 10^10 discussion and every single one have ended with
 "no", which is why we don't have a reverse function application operator.
