 Well, I'm talking a lot, but to summarize, my impression was that the
 current output format of ``` pprIfaceDecl ``` should also be kept, and
 just print differently when called from :info, but if that is not the case
 and if the format is amenable to change I will go ahead and make it look
 like ``` ppr_ty_thing ``` does.
