 This is still a problem. Downloaded and built HEAD yesterday on 64-bit
 Linux (XUbuntu 13.04) using {{{quick}}} build flavor,
 {{{HADDOCK_DOCS=NO}}}, and bootstrapping with GHC 7.6.3. Outcome:
