 As discussed in the thread
 http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lang.haskell.glasgow.user/23889
 the documentation of {{{GHC.Conc.throwTo}}} is not 100% clear on the
 provided atomicity guarantees.

 In http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lang.haskell.libraries/20218 I
 proposed a patch for said documentation but it seems to have slipped
 through the cracks. Can somebody please have a look and - hopefully -
 apply it?
