 I'm using GHC 7.6.3 with the wrapper on Mavericks.

 I can compile happy 1.19.0 in this environment.
 I can even build GHC head in this environment, too.

 If there is something I can verify, please tell me.

 P.S.

 I got the following warning when configuring happy 1.19.0:
