 While we are at it, I found some other files where the warnings can be
 reenabled: Cmm.hs, CmmContFlowOpt.hs, CmmProcPoint.hs,
 CmmRewriteAssignments.hs, CmmUtils.hs. Since it's closely related I'll
 attach the diff here.
